  • Having a clear idea of what you want to purchase is essential for a smooth application process. Remember that the cost of the item you want will influence which company you should consider for your application.
  • To be eligible for financing, you need a credit score of 580 or higher. Your credit score and debt-to-income ratio will be carefully evaluated during the process to determine your eligibility.

To ensure prompt service, we require precise and up-to-date information from all financing customers. It is essential that customers hold rightful ownership of the property/land where their purchase is to be installed.

Rent to own

We are excited to announce that American Carports, Inc. now offers our valued customers a Rent to Own service. This option serves as an excellent alternative for those who aspire to own one of our exceptional metal buildings but may not have the immediate funds to do so. We understand that property additions can be costly and are committed to providing feasible purchase options.

Our Rent to Own program is available for buildings that cost between $1,200 and $20,000 before taxes, with flexible terms ranging from 24, 36, 48, or 72 months.

Customers who meet the specific following requirements are eligible to request the Rent to Own option:

  • Purchases must be between $1,200 – $20,000 before tax
  • Purchases over $10,000 before tax must show valid proof of property ownership.
  • The customer must have Security Deposit and, the Origination Fee & 1st Month’s rent at the time of the request.
  • The customer won’t make another payment until a month after installing the structure.
  • The customer must have a valid Driver’s license.
  • Customers must purchase (4) four anchors for their order.
  • The customer must have two references.
