So, one of the most frequently asked questions from our customer is: Do I need a concrete pad for this building? The answer is NO, our buildings can be installed on normal ground or asphalt as long as the ground is leveled. However, this doesn’t apply for metal buildings wider than 30′, also known as wide spans, due to the size and the amount of material needed to keep the building sturdy.
