PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets who might be interested in becoming part of the ACI Network.

• Prepare presentations, proposals and dealer contracts.

• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

• Present company products and services to current and potential dealers.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

• Develop and maintain current product knowledge.

• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.

• Identify and resolve dealer concerns.

• Distribute proper literature to dealers as needed.

• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

• Communicate new dealers and dealer opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

• Must be willing to travel to multiple states by automobile 5 days a week.

• Self-motivated and accountable.

• Attention to details and great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Metal Wide Span Building for Heavy Machinery or a Warehouse

Did you think 51’ long was the longest we could go? Let’s try that again!

 

At American Carports, we have plenty of features and designs for our customers to choose from, but there are times when a customer thinks that we’re limited based on our pricing flyers (especially in terms of length). Well, that’s not the case! There’s no specific limit for length in metal buildings like there is for width and height. However, if your unit overpasses 31’ in length, it’s recommended that you opt for an A-frame vertical roof to avoid future leaks.

 

Take this widespan metal unit as an example of what American Carports can do:

 

• 40’ x 101’ x 14’

 

• 12 Gauge Galvanized Tubing

 

• Fully Vertical

 

• 1 – 14’ x 14’ Roll-Up Door (front end)

 

• 2 – 10’ x 10’ Roll-Up Doors (back end)

 

• 1 – 36” x 84” Heavy-Duty Walk-In Door

 

 

*Disclaimer: Interior designs may vary by state or region. Heavy-duty doors MUST be installed on a concrete foundation.*

 

It comes rated and certified for 30 PSF snow loads and has a 90 MPH wind warranty. However, if your area requires bigger snow loads or wind rates, we can always customize your unit according to your city’s requirements.

What is different about this new paneling?

 

Our galvalume sheet panels come with no color, besides it’s stylish, it’s durable, and perhaps most excitingly, it’s energy efficient. Galvalume’s versatility gives our roof panels an economical yet sustainable coating, providing the best protection. This material has a hot temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and offers an exceptional job in reflecting heat, which means that a galvalume roof is great for keeping cool on hot summer days.

American Steel offers simple, strong, and resistant designs to house your RV or vehicles.

 

At American Steel Carports, we certify our buildings to ensure that they are built with the most durable material. Of the many designs that we offer to meet your needs and expectations, we always try to provide the simplest designs at an affordable price. Many of our prices may vary in different states because we need to meet the state codes for our buildings to be certified.

 

Take a look at this design from one of our customers in Lakeside, Arizona. The design is very simple, since the structure only came with sides and an A-frame vertical roof.

The structure is constructed with 12-gauge galvanized tubing, which comes with a 20-year warranty on framing rust-through assuming normal care and maintenance. The unit also comes with a 90 MPH wind warranty when you purchase all anchors needed.

 

Keep in mind that we can install your unit anywhere you want as long as your land is leveled. It is the customer’s responsibility to let us know where the unit is going to be installed and which direction it will face.

 

All of our buildings are engineer-certified. With the many designs and options available for you to choose from, there are no limits.
