Trunk or Treat 2017

On October 21st, 2017 from 4 – 6 p.m. we hosted a Trunk or Treat event at our headquarters location in Joshua, Texas and we could not have been any more pleased with the outcome. With Halloween just around the corner, we felt like this free celebration was the right thing to do for our local community. Alongside 92.1 Hank FM and the Party Patrol, we were all immersed in the holiday spirit.

 

The energy and enthusiasm everyone brought was an incredible sight to see. American Steel Carports, Inc. would like to deeply thank all our fellow friends who were a part of this wonderful experience. You all were amazing, lively, and clever with Halloween costumes. We truly cannot wait to have another successful event next year!

 

Around 4 p.m. our location was beginning to come alive with families and their creative costumes. From little plague doctors and Stormtroopers to magical butterflies and Cinderella’s, American Steel Carports, Inc. converted into a diverse enchanted ground with a common goal: trunk or treating and Party Patrol fun. As you would walk by each metal building, you’d find a vehicle’s trunk uniquely accessorized with Halloween décor and spooky designs (shout out to our wonderful ASCI team!). There, these jubilant characters filled their Halloween buckets with a variety of candy. Not to mention, our fellow attendees also received free items including t-shirts, frisbees, water bottles, keychains, and footballs on our behalf.

 

By 5 p.m. American Steel Carports, Inc. had a full-fledged celebration. 92.1 Hank FM played our favorite country hits and brought spectacular entertainment. Family and friends were gathered around their booth ready to win amazing prices such as state fair passes, concert tickets, and so much more – congratulations to all the winners! From hula hooping and water balloon tossing to naming country tunes and line dancing, we all had nothing short of fun. Everyone was super engaged with the Party Patrol and trunk or treating, but when we found time to settle down a bit, our food station was prepared with free hot dogs and drinks for our creative guests. I personally enjoyed walking by and seeing parents take pictures of their children by our little hay bale/pumpkin set up. In addition, we had a Fall photo booth where attendees could take free pictures by one of our staff members. Throughout the event, our enchanted guests would stop by to strike a pose (if you were one of them, please feel free to download them from our gallery!).

 

Again, thank you so much to everyone who joined American Steel Carports, Inc. for our annual Trunk or Treat event; we were thrilled to have you here! The Metal Barn for You

Agricultural buildings are an amazing addition to your property, especially when it comes to the farm life. They not only offer protection for your livestock, but can also be used to store farm equipment.

 

Our metal barns are divided into three sections: the center unit (main unit) and our left and right wings (lean-tos). The center unit tends to be wider and obviously taller than the lean-tos, especially when the structure is used for livestock; it usually offers a type of entrance. The lean-tos can offer extended shelter for your livestock or can be enclosed to create separate sections to store farm equipment, animal feed, etc.

 

Take a look at this metal barn:

This particular metal barn has two 10’ x 10’ roll-up doors on each end, making it more likely to be used for storage purposes. However, keep in mind that we’re here to make this building according to your needs. If you like the design but not the dimensions or even the placement of the doors, we can always alter it until we meet your expectations.

Tropical Storm Harvey

We would like to thank everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to bring their donations to our offices. We greatly appreciate it!

 

The situation in Southeast Texas is totally heartbreaking. Houston and all the cities that we used to know are unrecognizable. As we arrived at the shelter and started to unpack all of the gathered supplements, the joy on the faces of the people who greeted us was nothing like we could expect. Despite the situation, these people were more than happy to know that there were others out there contributing with what they could.

 

It’s great to know that the victims of Tropical Storm Harvey are in good hands now, with food, water, clothing, toiletries, etc. This is all thanks to the kind individuals who took time to contribute to this cause.

Utility Carport

Have you heard of our utility buildings? Many of our customers opt to have a utility unit instead of a regular garage. These units don’t only offer protection for your vehicle; they can also work as a storage room. The storage spacing varies depending on our customers’ needs. Some of our customers expand the storage room to use it as an extended garage or even as their own shop. Regardless of how you plan to use the storage room, we want to meet your expectations and needs.

 

We know our buildings can be a high investment, but we want to give you the most durable material, and most importantly, a product that is engineer-certified.

 

Take this 18x31x7 Utility Carport as an example:

Because the building has an A-frame vertical roof (with panels running from the roof peak toward the eaves), it allows snow, dirt, water, and leaves to run off easily, so you won’t have to worry about maintenance for a long time.

 

The unit has a 20-ft. carport and a 10-ft. storage room. Remember, the spacing and design can adapt to your unique needs.

Metal Wide Span Building for Heavy Machinery or a Warehouse

Did you think 51’ long was the longest we could go? Let’s try that again!

 

At American Carports, we have plenty of features and designs for our customers to choose from, but there are times when a customer thinks that we’re limited based on our pricing flyers (especially in terms of length). Well, that’s not the case! There’s no specific limit for length in metal buildings like there is for width and height. However, if your unit overpasses 31’ in length, it’s recommended that you opt for an A-frame vertical roof to avoid future leaks.

 

Take this widespan metal unit as an example of what American Carports can do:

 

• 40’ x 101’ x 14’

 

• 12 Gauge Galvanized Tubing

 

• Fully Vertical

 

• 1 – 14’ x 14’ Roll-Up Door (front end)

 

• 2 – 10’ x 10’ Roll-Up Doors (back end)

 

• 1 – 36” x 84” Heavy-Duty Walk-In Door
